Ariellah extensively studied classical ballet with the Royal Academy of Dance of London for twelve years, beginning at age three. Ariellah's style reflects and infuses her personal interpretation of Middle Eastern belly dance, with a modern, dark flavour, that is uniquely her own.

Ariellah Aflalo is a contemporary bellydance fusion dancer of Moroccan ancestry. She was raised in the U.S.A and currently lives in California after spending 12 years in the United Kingdom studying ballet in London. Ariellah lived a while in Africa, working in the peace corps. Her personal interpretation of tribal fusion belly dance, blends undulating movements of traditional Middle Eastern dance with a totally unique modern, dark flavour kind of dance style.
She is widely known for her strong stage presence and unrivaled technique. She has become a renown international instructor and performer. She is an icon in the fusion belly dance community and has been featured in several different magazines, books, radio shows, and articles all over the world..

As international performer and instructor of modern fusion belly dance, Ariellah strongly believes that yoga can enhance belly dance practice and techniques.

Arielah of California is featured on the first Gothic bellydance DVD "Darker site of fusion" and other productions like Contemporary Bellydance and Yoga Conditioning with Ariellah.
